For mine, everything actually fit perfectly........ it's just that I don't know how they managed to mess up the inside of the sleeve (that part isn't even related to sizing |D). But yeah, Giving them more numbers (but not overwhelming them) would probably be the best way to go.

Buy local next time, better for the enviroment. Though, it's probably hard to find local costume shops.
