2. He's damn lucky Naruto didn't see him, and vice-versa. It'd be annoying if they had met.
3. He needs some allies.

[ Fff. Maybe he should have done his "idk" internal monologuing elsewhere. Oh... well. It's a little late now, anyway.

Do you want me to? [ There's a bit of snark in there, but also the start of a real question. Do you, Itachi? Are you... okay with that? Are you going to attack him? Are you going to act like the last Itachi?

Have you found out anything about him? What have you inferred about him not coming to meet you earlier, or about his reactions thus far? ... He's really not sure about this. It's difficult to begin again, and there's no good way to go about it. Should he begin with talking about Madara, or ask who he is? ... better wait and just. See what he says about the sitting.
