Hmmm, Clexy ideas, huh?

1. Lois finds out about Clark and Lex by seeing/finding them at a gay bar.
2. Clark gives Lex a flannel shirt as a gag gift.
3. Lana confronts Clark and forces him to make a choice between her and Lex.
