Sometimes in dance class I don't understand what I am really supposed to be doing. I couldn't see the instructor so I started dancing with my shadow. Then I started jumping up and down in circles. I looked up and the entire back row was jumping up and down in circles too. If that isn't leadership, then I don't know what is.
