I don't know what it is about College Town Bagels Express, but for some reason, I can never get good service from there. If I go to Ithaca Bakery right down the street everything is always fine, but for some reason, CTBE just can't seem to get themselves together. It used to be pretty good, but not so much any more. CTB on Aurora Street was AWFUL the last time I was there. They were rude and slow, and completely inefficient. It made me so sad, as I've always gone there pretty regularly when I'm in town. It's even sadder to know the same is happening with another of their locations. :(

I have not gone to that one very often, but I am not so surprised. It sounds like the same thing I was seeing at their express station. It is funny because Ithaca Bakery is still quick, friendly, and really good. Oh well. :(

That has GOT to be the dullest sounding tech manual ever. And trust me, I've read a few boring manuals in my day.
