Ok, I managed almosty a whole gluten free day. I had a croissant at the mall because my period has been killing my stomach to the point I couldn't walk anymore and had to sit down and eat something and there was nothing gluten free available except a couple of spotted bananas. So I had a croissant with my latte ( Read more... )

I must have missed why you are going gluten free... celiac's?

If you need any advice/help, let me know - both of my sons are on a gluten and casein free diet.

Not that serious, at least not yet. But I have indications (one test out of four came back positive apparently) that I might be going that way so the doctor told me I should change my diet and cut out gluten. Since hubby is the cook of the house and he's been so busy lately we haven't had time to sit down and plan how we're gonna do this. But we're going to tomorrow, looking up recipes and see what the health stores recommend. And we have an appointment with a nutritionist on the 7th of December. But thank you for the offer, if I need some advice I will take you up on it. *hugs*

Ah, no. I'm in Iceland actually so there are limited resources for such specified food. But there is some, I know, I just have to go on a mission to find what tastes best and where it's cheapest. And find recipes. Well, that's more hubby's department. But thank you anyway for the links! I'll look through them to see if they can give me some ideas. *hugs*
