Like I said, I haven't seen the last two episodes which I gather are good so I need to watch those first. Because the whole premise of renting out people for other people to do with as they please and then erasing their memories of what happened... it feels icky. I'm trusting Joss knows what he's doing and we get something more than the roofie flavored brothel vibe it's given me so far. I want to like it, I mean it's Joss and it has Eliza Dushku and Amy Acker to name only three reasons it should be awesome. I'm just waiting for it to get there.

And yeah, true. And that does indeed I think show up more. I think I've read in a few interviews that they ain't saying this is okay or good or anything. And when did Joss and his people ever shy away from uncomfortable subjects?
I think we're supposed to find it icky. :)
I know I tend to cringe at some things. Not because it's badly written or anything, just makes me a bit uncomfy. Ya know?
But it's getting on it's feet. :D
