Took me like four hours, ripping my hair out, trying to come up with a title for this and it still sucks. *sighs*

Anyway I adored this bit For a second Sam almost turns back, wondering why the hell he’s going off to be the stand-in guy for some girl who can’t even remember his name when he has the best brother in the whole world waiting for him at home.
The beginning of something bigger? I like to read it this way.
And of course I loved that Dean set everything up and then, when things went in the wrong way, he showed up and made the prom perfect for Sam dancing with him without killing the singer about the Celine Dion song either!.... Awwwwww :)
So you have the Normal!Verse now uh? Cool!

Definitely the beginning of something bigger. Although it took them close to 7 years. *g*
Poor Dean, he'd been pining for Sam for two years by then. He couldn't let him be alone and crying on his prom. One dance, he can do one dance. Sam will never know how much it really means to him to be able to hold Sam like that and smell his hair and just... be maybe something more than a brother for the endurance of one song. (Btw, any rumours of him having cried at the end of Titanic are all wrong. He hasn't even seen it. Never. Really.)

Not easy growing up, feeling more outside and alone than most other teenagers, simply because of the life they lead. No one understands it, not even Dean because Dean's always been cool and Sam... Sam just isn't. He's too big and clumsy and feels he can never measure up to what his father wants and what Dean is. But Dean does understand much better than Sam can imagine. And maybe one day Sam will get that.
Until then he has Dean to make sure he stumbles through adolescence without too much damage.

I've said it before: I don't read Wincest, but I'll read anything my lovely Felis writes!

Thank you, sweetie.
Sam and Dean. Brothers or lovers, doesn't really matter because it's above all about the love. And they love each other so much. *squishes them*

Wittle Sammy and big brother Dean make a great couple duo! And Dean being Sam's pimp... *giggle*
I love all the silent communication between them, and Sam feeling bad about Dean spending money on him is so in character.
Yeah, so this is going into memories and I love you. Great work!
P.S. can you point me to the picture of little Sammy on your icon? Purty please with sugar on top? *gives you puppy eyes*
