I hate it when the muse goes to that very dark place. Doesn't happen to me often, but when it does it depresses the shit out of me.

The good news is it's always passed eventually for me...usually once I've fulfilled it's vile and dark mission, whatever that is. I hope you get it worked out soon.

(smooches you)

You say that these are angsty but "stupid mouth" immediately made me think of Smile Time and (cuddly)puppet!Angel's "stupid fingers".

Which then threw me back to Spike/Mr Gordo...
:D

Untitled SPN ficlet

Sam's lower lip quivers but his gaze is steady. “We only have each other, dad. I'm all he has.”

It feels like a slap in his face and he takes a step back. “You have me. You both do.”

Sam bites his lip. “You have us, dad. But do we really have you? I mean, really?”

I don't know about anyone else but this one really drew my attention. Hope to see it soon.

Sorry I didn't read your SPN ones....*screams stop tormenting me! with shows I haven't seen.* But I love the others...but then I'm an angst whore.... But if you truly want to do something angst-free....*ponders*

David liked Buffy season six with James only in a sock,
So when he directed "Angel" the 'bed' scene required it once more
David hid all the socks in the safe and it did lock,
Told James they had to practise the scene a time or four,
'Forgot' to tell the Buffy stand-in, told everyone closed set and to knock,
It was all set, no way he wouldn't his boo-boo core,
Quality time, with him, James and each other's.....

You could always finsih that....*innocent look*. Ah, Bad Poetry to the rescue again.... *hugs
