Does anyone know what's happening with the Human AU ficathon? I've lost the link and I can't remember when we were supposed to get our assignments but it's been about 2 months since I signed up. Anyone?
Just popping in to say sorry about this. When I started setting this ficathon up I thought that I had plenty of time to dedicate to running it. Well, you know what they say about best laid plans?
Basically, I've been having to work 10 to 12 hour days and I just haven't had either the time or, frankly, the stay-awakedness to sort things out before now - and now it's suddenly a couple of months down the line.
My plan is: *kill my bosses *hide with computer and write lots of boysex manly vampire shagging porn.
Failing that, I'm hoping to be working normal hours again after this weekend. If you're still interested, I'm going to open sign ups again for a week and then get you to choose which of the story ideas you want to write. You won't need to sign up again.
Oh don't worry about it. I was just concerned that the e-mail might have gotten lost or something and since I couldn't for the life of me remember where the sign up had been I couldn't go check. I'm glad to see that isn't the case. My AUs tend to get long and complicated so I thought I better get the facts straight, in case the assignments had already been put out and I was about to miss a deadline. But I see I have nothing to worry about except maybe possible evil bunnies and such.

And yes, workplaces in general are rather unsympathetic when it comes to porn. You'd think they'd want to keep their employees happy.
