My mother and stepfather went to Greece every year since my little sister was 2 y.o. so we thought maybe she wouldn't want to go there anymore but she says it doesn't bother her (she and my sis went alone last summer) and they both really want us all to tag along. We might be 13 if everyone decides to join.
Me and hubby went to Athens and Paros on our interrail after graduating from Uni. We were sick like dogs but it was so beautiful and we always wanted to go to Greece again.
I would love to be able to write on my laptop but I'm worried about the sand. I mean, sand always gets in everywhere! And I really wouldn't want that for my sweet little iBook. *cuddles it*
Oooh, Crete! Sounds wonderful! I have only been out of the U.S. twice, and both times were Canada. Oddly enough, even though I live in Minnesota and lived in North Dakota for a little while, neither time was to Winnepeg or anywhere else just north of here. 1st time was summer 2004 when hubby & I were in Washington state and we drove to Vancouver for just a day. The other time was the weekend trip to Toronto for JAMES! My little traveling Moose, however, he's been to Italy (with my sister), Finland (with my bestest friend) and Mexico (with another friend). Little bastard! Just because he fits in a suitcase and I don't... When it gets closer to your trip don't be suprised if I hit you up for a postcard. I collect them and Crete is one of the places I don't have yet!
