I don't know if it's any consolation, but when I had my hysterectomy, yes it took some weeks of time for me to physically fully recover, but I INSTANTLY felt better than I had while suffering before. So I was able to relax and enjoy my convalescence.
I hope everything goes smoothly with your operation, dear. It does sound like you are under a lot of stress, which can't be great for your health. After you are better, and all settled into your new lovely home, I look forward to hearing about afternoons of peace, with wine and porn. Good luck!

I was feeling fine a couple days after mine, i just had to be careful about lifting stuff. Easy as pie!
