A publishing company (a tiny, tiny one but still) called me today about taking on a job, proof reading. After the huge pile of nothing I've had on my plate lately I pretty much said I'd do it for whatever they could pay me. He's going to get back to me later when he has more info. Apparently they are re-printing a book from 1930 and need proof

I don't wanna say finally? But finally! Doors is one of my absolute favourite pieces of fiction ever (up there with LOTR and Shadow of the Wind and HP), and I cannot tell you how excited I am for it to be published  (and it will trust me, it is so good people will kill for it) so I can finally buy like 8 copies and give them to my friends and family so that they also can enjoy the masterpiece that is doors!!
I read it the first time abt 3 years ago and I have never stopped loving it, you are a fantastic writer and I see great things in your future (seriously you are amazeballs with awesomesauce and so goddamn talented, I don't even know how many times you've brought me to tears) and I just wish for you to know that.
