Looking through the Jensen/Jared tag on AO3 for some nice h/c to read and seriously, what is with all the werewolves and knotting? I'm talking pages after pages with nothing else in between. I get it's a kink but jeez, it's not the ONLY kink. My fingers are getting tired of the endless scrolling ( Read more... )

*Wiince* AO3 is definitely the place when people can... erm really post their heart's content and deepest kinks. But there is a lot a very great (non-weird kinky) J2 fics on the site too.

Self rec, hope you don't mind: http://likiel.livejournal.com/14847.html

Title: Five Times Two

Author:likiel
Artist: Lou
Beta:firesign10
Words: 19,170
Rating: NC-17
Warning: Angst, schmoop, one violent scene, romance...
Summary: We all know that, because of the writer's strike, the season three of Supernatural consists of 16 episodes when originally, 22 episodes were ordered. But what we don't know is that the season number was actuallysupposed to be 20 episodes. Something happened. Jensen calls it The Event. Jared doesn't have a word for it, but he has feelings, nightmares... and bruises.
The confession of Jared and Jensen's love for each other is the result of a terrible and cruel moment. Let's divide it in five parts. Times two. And in reverse.

Written for the j2noauchallenge.

There are filter options on ao3. If you edit your search you'll see a question mark next to 'Any field'. If you click the question mark you'll get an explanation as to how to exclude certain words or tags.

AO3 is a great place to find stories, as long as you're not afraid to search through hundreds/thousands of stories. The problem I have with AO3 is that not all authors correctly use tags.

I do hope you find something to read. Good luck!
