My grandfather built their house around his extensive library. If I had the kind of money he had, or just any money really, that's what I would do. *wishful sigh*

Those are awesome! I always dreamed that I would have a library in my home when I was all growed up - didn't matter what the rest of the house looked like, but I wanted a two story home library with one of those ladders on a rail that circled the shelves.

I know I have some pics of cool home libraries. I'll have to find them and post them.

I've always wanted that, too! The ladder on railing, I mean. The storage room for the library where I worked had that, I always wanted to steal it. lol
