The big news from our end is that I got the job! So the big scary interview was worth it, even though it left me psychologically traumatized.

Of course, gay men and women can't drive. Everyone knows that. *rolls eyes* I seriously wonder what's going through these people's head sometimes... but I'm afraid to find out.

Nothing thrilling has happenend in my life. Some funny judo stories, traumatizing Ray to a new degree and a veritable deluge of children (already 100 today and the day isn't up yet).

I can sometimes puzzle out the line of logic homophobes take -- I mean, some things make sense once you've accepted the bigoted worldview.

But dangerous on the roads...? I mean, where does that come from? Some bizarre sexist stereotype about women drivers carrying over to gay men?

And if we are dangerous on the roads, why is it okay for us to get a one-year license? Aren't we as dangerous on the roads if we have to renew our license annually than we are if we only have to renew every ten years?
