I continue to be not dead, though I'm mostly only checking LJ once a week. Mostly it's just usual internet detox -- too much electronic communication has always had a bad effect on me, and I need to periodically unplug

Been to O.D. yet? We call it O.D.-ious. (If you don't know what I am talking about - don't worry, you will).

I finished the game last night, and it was good -- there were some twists and turns there I didn't expect, although large sections of the plot were cribbed from Final Fantasy 7.

I believe it's the second-best in the series, after 7.

I guess O.D. is Omega Dungeon? I just stopped in there to pick up an Al Bhed Primer, so that I'd have them all for my final play-through -- the one where I get everything and do everything in the game. I wanted my character to know Al Bhed for that one from the get-go :)

(I'm amused by a lot of the stuff I'm reading in the FAQs -- like how healing people in combat changes the dialogue sequences out of combat.)

It doesn't take much stamina to detox for me. By the looks of it, though, I won't be able to see my friends' pages until next Saturday (I was hoping to leave it to last weekend, but was too busy/sick.)
