Finally home, after two weeks of traveling. I won't bore you with describing the whole trip, but I'm afraid I have to record animal sightings: tons of dolphins, including many babies, sea lions, a sea jelly, a bear, a fox, three wild deer, a whole field of kept deer (I had no idea anyone kept deer like cattle; it's unnatural), and of course,

Stephen Moffat (wonder writer of Blink, Girl in the Fireplace, two-part Series 1 finale and the Library episodes) is taking over next year (HOORAY) so hopefully this will be the end of Davies' endless Rose angsting and confused BIGGEST-THREAT-TO-THE-UNIVERSE-EVER Dalek finales, and possibly the beginning of Doctor Who episodes written by Neil Gaiman! (skip to the last two paragraphs, trust me.)

Unfortunately it will be a while until the next actual finale though, because they're taking next year off and just doing a few holiday specials.:( We do get this though. You remember who Andy Serkis is I hope.:D

I totally have to watch that. I wonder how much of the science they'll go into. Although I never would have imagined Gollum as Einstein.
