*hugs* Ugh, I hate that kind of pain. I get that sometimes in my stomach where I'm just crying out to God like "Owwwwwwww! Please, help!" I don't know if I have an ulcer or what but it definitely shows up more when I'm stressed.

As for pain medication I "do" ibuprofen, lol.

Ulcers run in my family, but I don't think I have one? I had a tightness in my stomach as well, and a little nausea... it happens when I get sick.

I'll try ibuprofen next time. Thanks!

Seriously, though, I'd say something like "my LJ is kind of like my journal so I'm not sure I'm comfortable with you reading it". I'm sure he'd understand that.
