Remember you're not the only one--keep to the schedule as much as possible. We set it up so no one person is overworked.

That's a luxury only a few are allowed to take at a time. And I believe the quota's filled right now.

That's understandable. But he'll return when he returns, whether or not you're there. You need to be in the condition to help those he left behind, as well.
