I'm available whenever's convenient with everyone else.

I helped the evacuation of Medical Island when the zombies invaded; there and the Hall of Beginnings are definitely where we need to have volunteers set to go when there's trouble, in order to move patients, records and cocoons to safety. It wastes time and energy waiting til something actually happens before asking for help; arranging groups ahead of time is more efficient.

I've considered putting together first response teams for different situations; evacuations, investigations, crowd-control. We can talk about it more when we all get together.

Sounds good. I read what Stoneface said about leaders below, and I agree with him; having someone in control of things (or appearing to be, anyway) to look to in a crisis can definitely help things run more smoothly.

If I think of anything else, I'll write it down before we meet.

Yeah...during the hurricane we were lucky enough to have people step forward. Crow and Sniper did a lot of work evacuating people and gathering supplies. It definitely helped.
