Sloth and Lust
"C'mon, Will, just because we're on leave doesn't mean you can sleep the day away." Tom Pullings poked the lump under the blankets, hoping he found a particularly soft part of his friend's body.
The lump moved, but no familiar tousled head appeared from under the blankets. "Part of being on leave means I can sleep as long as I like, Tom, so leave me alone."
"No." Tom poked the lump again, in a different spot.
He was rewarded with a yelp of indignation and the blankets being yanked down to reveal his friend's equally indignant expression. "Just a couple more hours, Tom, is that too much to ask?"
"In this case, yes," Tom replied, smiling fondly. "Besides, we could be doing much better things with our time than sleeping."
The second lieutenant was intrigued in spite of himself and tilted his head curiously. "Oh? What things did you have in mind, Tom?"
"These things," he murmured, leaning in to kiss William softly.
His friend responded by wrapping his arms around Tom and tumbling him onto his back, said friend leaning over him, smiling wickedly. "You always have excellent ideas, Mr. Pullings."
"Thank you, Mr. Mowett."
