Chocolate Citrus Cake. I highly recommend using a stand mixer if you have one, because the batter becomes very thick. It's always a big hit at parties. One of my cousins said that she broke out in a sweat eating a piece.
Dirty Dancing is a really fun movie. It's kind of cliché with the plot (rich girl falls for bad boy dancer during a summer in the Catskills), but there's a lot of great music and dancing in it. It was one of those sleeper hits of the summer of 1987 and came out of nowhere to be a huge hit. The soundtrack to the movie was pretty much the soundtrack to my freshman year of college.
I you're sketchy on movies from that era, you must remedy that ASAP.
Star Wars Empire Strikes Back Raiders of the Lost Ark (my cousin, brother, and I spent at least one afternoon a week at the movies that entire summer seeing Raiders. It must be seen on the big screen to be truly appreciated.) Ferris Bueller's Day Off The Lost Boys (because seriously, if you love SPN, you'll love The Lost Boys. There are so many similarities between the two that the first time I saw the pilot of SPN, the very next thing I wanted to do was show Izhilzha Lost BoysI'm sure I could come up with a ton more, but that should keep you busy over the long Memorial Day weekend

Ha! Right now, from other people. With my new position working with volunteers and the public, I sometimes think, "How does your brain work that you would even come up with that question?" Not that they're bad questions, just . . . how would you even come up with that question?
