(nods) I think because it's black rather than shiny, and because the wheel spokes are a sort of curly lattice rather than straight. It does look pretty.

It reminds me of the old fashioned bicycles, the ones with the big wheel in the front and the little one in the back.

It is very pretty, isn't it.

Interesting! Looks very useful. That's the worst part of snow shoveling, the bending over.
