I are smart!

I'm delighted to say that I figured out a rather simple yet complicated piece to a crochet pattern. Yay me.

In other news, if you want a stupid easy key lime pie recipe, I has it for ya's.

Okay, so it's not an actual key lime pie recipe, and the diehards might argue that point. Tough. This one is light and fluffy and doesn't fill you up after three bites.

JK's Key Lime Pie

1 prepared graham cracker crust
1 pkg - 8 oz - cream cheese
1 tsp. grated lime rind
1/3 c. lime juice (approx. 3 limes)
1/4 c. sugar
8 oz. container whipped topping
8 thin lime slices for garnish (optional)

Place cream cheese, lime rind, lime juice, and sugar in large bowl. Beat with mixer on medium speed until fluffy, about 3 - 4 minutes. Gently fold in whipped topping. Spoon evenly into pie crust. Refrigerate 4 hours or until filling is firm. Garnish with slices if desired.

crochet is addictive, yay!, pie, recipes
