In addition to the Graduation Day thing, there are scenes of Angel biting Darla and Darla apparently enjoying it, and even William's reaction to Drusilla biting him isn't so much unendurable agony as surprise. If you take the comics as canon, in S10 Spike mentions that vampires can make a bite feel good if they want to. No mention of coagulant spit, though, and frankly, that part makes zero sense, as vampires normally don't give a crap if their Happy Meal bleeds out, and the vast majority of the happy biting we see is between vampires, where bleeding out isn't an issue
