You know what? The zombification of one's digital self is not something I had ever considered, and the more I think about it, the more disturbed I feel. Bleurgh. And how awful for you, to keep getting those reminders that he's gone, probably just sufficiently spaced that it's always a nasty surprise :-/ How our world has changed since we were kids, eh? *hugs*

Not something I'd like to ponder, no. I think slaymesoftly had the best idea, though: an envelope with post-mortem instructions (including the password to LJ, maybe?). Anyway, I'm going to spin it as a motivator for finishing those WIPs, lol!
