J has taken to making scrambled eggs recently, which I enjoy eating very much.

Although I feel a bit like yer man from The Sea, The Sea saying it - and I don't know how I feel about feeling like him at all - I'm firmly in the camp of very simple dishes cooked extremely well. I love scrambled eggs to bits. It can be so exciting trying them with some diced feta or tomato, or a dash of Worcester sauce or a sprinkling of - well anyway. Yes.
