Holy February Batman!

This month is turning out to be an interesting one.  I'm 30 years old as of today, and a week from Friday I'll officially be a first time homeowner.   Buying a 3 bed 2 bath close to my Mom's place.  It's an older place but really well kept, swimming pool AND grass in the backyard, central heat/air which is something I don't have right now ....
