Sorry, my mind's been everywhere :D;

It's a familial relocation further out from the city - about 30 miles from downtown DC (instead of the former 10). Pop bought Mom a house for all of us to live in. ...Yes, that's how he said it XD; And there are two whole guest rooms upstairs HINTHINT.
