One of my favorite, a GOOD old fashion film without any gimmicks.

Ken Watanabe and Koji Yakusho sure looked young in it.

hrmm, i could totally see the erotic sensuality
within the experience but personally i can't say
the taste of raw (unsalted) egg yolk turns me on.

that kid with the carrot/sign on a string around
his neck with the ice cream cone was hilarious!

so many memorable scenes!

oh i'm definitely behind on Kurosawa's works too.
but i did get a chance to see a few of his films
re-translated/re-printed for the big screen last summer.
