Mmmhmm, it did! I got that from the manga scans. XD It was that chapter where Chrome was introduced, I believe, in the Varia arc. The other guardians were trying to convince Tsuna that Chrome was Mukuro in disguise, but Tsuna insisted she wasn't.

Chrome was happy that Tsuna believed in her, so she kissed him as a thank you. Gokudera, Ken and Tsuna pretty much freaked out because of it. XD
