After two episodes, I can say I am fan of this show's Morgan and Merlin. Eva Green, can't take my eyes from her. IMO, her storyline is the most interesting one on this show. I adore this Morgan. She is everything she should be. My favorite scene is where she says, "I tried with a man and it did not work. I will try something else." In other words, I will just do it myself.

Yeah, I can live with Guinevere...although the beach scene was not that bad.

She is pretty, and I don't have to fast-forward AG scenes on Camelot. I just feel AGL storyline is a bit cliché.

I just remember something. Merlin said "hello" when Arthur woke up. Is is too modern? I also like in this version, Merlin really pushes Arthur to become a King. We may see some resistance from Arthur in the future though.

I have to agree about the character written better than Merlin.
I was very surprised Lot died because I didn't checked how many episodes he was in (on imdb). But it was a good surprise. I loved Morgana's revenge.

They made Camelot-High (it was Avalon High) and it was awful. (Not the novel, the novel was delicious). I hated that scenes with Guinevere. I liked Guinevere but not enough and I usually love Guinevere as a character. Leontes is sweet. Arthur is adorable.
But I hate that triangle. Also because I don't know how they'll make it in the future. Will Guinevere marry Arthur? Will they make the whole Guinevere-dies-so-Arthur-marries-the-second-Guinevere as in a lot of books?

I know James Purefoy only signed on for two episodes, but I was surprised with a lot of things about him in ep. 2 incl. the way he died.

And Guinevere on this show, at least viewers will believe men woud die for her ;p

Is starz an english channel or american...I think it's on sky? Because I really want to watch this show but i can't find where I can catch up and watch the future episodes :S Sounds really interesting though! :D

Starz is an American channel. Camelot will air on Channel 4 in UK. No date confirmed yet.

Morgan is the most interesting character in the show and I really loved her strong-willed determination to have it all. Plus I really liked where the sword in the stone was. Arthur was better in the second episode and I liked how they twisted the Arthur/Gwen/Lance dynamic.

However, I'm a bit bored with all the blood and gore and sex in the show - yes I know it's for cable but really.... I'll keep watching but it's just okay.

I think there're less sex scenes in ep. 2. And comparing with Spartacus, this show is not that violent. Well, I have high tolerance with on-screen violence.

Ah, I have a low tolerance for on-screen violence - the reason I didn't watch Spartacus. Yes, there were fewer sex scenes in ep. 2 but the blood just got to me. I do like how Morgan is being played (my main reason for watching beyond ep. 2).

I love Camelot allready but i hate to see the triangle Leontes/Guinervere/Arthur. In my opinion Arthur should sit this one out.
Leontes has the older rights and who would take him if she could get Leontes?
I would take Leontes. *.*

I absolutly adore the cliff scene.
Just because of Leontes saving the day and Merlins "Piss off" *giggle*

For me is the problem solved but unfortunatly not for Arthur XD

I'm curious how Merlin will act in the next few epis.
Especially if Arthur is starting running wild because of the "Gunivieve problem".
