Interesting and frustrating comparison. I have three DVDs at least twice and can't even afford one of these, though the Japanese looks best (why don't they like Katie?). My player should even be multi-region.
I was confused about the God though - isn't it just a swear? Of course he's mocking, but did you think "she = GOD"?
I was also puzzled by people saying that Bradley must have been "surprised" about Arthur and Guinevere.

GOD doesn't mean she = GOD. It is obviously Bradley is not in favor of this side of Gwen (She fancies every new man comes to Camelot).

Thanks for clarifying that! I'd noticed that in s01 and liked Bradley's snarky comments, usually aimed at teasing Angel IIRC, but then again that tired old multi-romance angle is what Guinevre is known for.

Interesting comparison of the DVD sets. I wonder why the different DVD editors make the choices they do abotu what to cut out.

I think keeping the questions in makes more sense, especially with the bit abotu Arthur/Gwen.

Who did the interviews?

I like having the video diaries on the UK ones but I do wish we'd had them on the season 2 DVDs too.

I just want to watch the original material, uncut footage.

You can only hear the interviewer's voice, a man, but you cannot see him.

I think I like the German one more just because there is more available footage, although I liked the concentration of interview on the Japan one. However, I just hope that there's great stuff with the US DVDs.

I don't know that, because Japanese DVD S1 Vol. 2 has not been released.

They should save time/money on editing, just give us the raw footage. I wonder do they have to limit the length of the extra, to keep it within 2 hrs.

Thanks for posting these - it's interesting seeing the comparison between countries. Personally, I liked having the interviewer's questions included as it puts the answers in some sort of context.
But, really, just YaY for new stuff!
