I think Freya is fine, but I didn't get Merlin in this episode...

> And did Merlin try to make that gargoyle head land on TOP of Arthur or was it off to the side?

It does look like he tried to make the gargoyle land on TOP of Arthur.

> I am disappointed in the way those stories don't "blend in" well with the rest of the show so they feel almost as if they are sticking out.

That's the part I don't understand. The romances don't have to affect other character relationships this way. Something wrong with the writing.

Damn, why has Gwen to be this kind of chick ? I loved her so much before. (and it does kill the best part of Lancelot/Gwen. If the girl loved Arthur, what's going to happen with Lancelot is...unforgivable ?)
Apart from the obvious "Gwen V2 is superjealous" thing, Vivian/Arthur should be fun :'P The girl seems funny and Arthur is totally out of the thing, it should be fun :')

Thanks for the vid o/

Judging from the trailer, I dislike the Gwen character more. Jealousy makes a person ugly. Esp. she was supposed to love Lancelot after 204. Why suddenly she went this mad at an enchatned Arthur? Even Arthur is not enchanted, he has the right to move on.

I also agree with you on Vivian, spoiled girl or not, it looks fun.

Yup, this so hard. It kills the whole Gwen/lancelot thing and doesn't help Gwen as a character.

If that was the only devellopment they could come with for her then no, thanks. That sucks.

Vivian will brighten our day next week. The "Big Breast" moment was hilarious ^^

Even Lancelot left, but she could at least have some faith in him.

When either Arthur or Merlin is "in love", all other character relationships are sabotaged.
In my esperience this happens in RL too when these 'love interests' are obstructed for whatever reason.

I liked this eps. For once Merlin wanted something for himself, can you blame him? Loved Arthur in this eps. :)

I don't blame him for wanting something for himself, but I blame him for stealing and trying to murder his bf. That's selfish, it's very out-of-character.

LOL Stuff that happens when you lose your head for someone and are overcomed by emotions and lose control of your actions.

I was not talking about RL, I was talking about character development on this show. The character's feeling shifts according to the plot. Let's see how soon Merlin will forget about Freya. I hope they do the character some justice by at least mention her again at some point.
