When and How Colin Met Bradley?

I was browsing old news, trying to figure out when and how Colin met Bradley.

Colin was shooting Doctor Who in December, 2007 (before Christmas, somewhere in Wales, see pic on the left), at the same time Bradley was doing that short film Portobello 196 in London (pic on the right, courtesy of face_of_bradley).
