I live in a completely land locked state. And yet today the entire state has experienced category 1 hurricane force winds. Semis and a fifth wheel have been left blown over off the sides of highways throughout the state and the news had a story about a lady who got a branch from a neighbor's tree I'm her front yard that is the length of her house.

wow. maybe you should be glad you didn't get the rain with it. :) high winds suck yeggs. i'm glad you didn't blow away.

Oh we did get some rain with it, and I'm pretty sure the wind had something to do with my house being without power for about 3 hours this morning. My mom thinks it was a downed line in our yard since they run over our roof at an angle.
