Seeing as how you've already got wingnuts (grabbing at anything obviously) saying since Obama "got it wrong" he's not technically President:

1. The Constitution is quite exact as to the transfer of power. It happens at NOON on the dot, regardless of where they are in the Oath process. The Oath is a formality.

To be fair, they both screwed up. Obama started talking before he was supposed to on the first line.
