19 days before the big day and I still have so many things to do. First of all, I need to buy my suitcase and a new camera. These are the most important on my list of things to do. I can't wait to take pictures, I just love cameras. So get ready, when time will come, I'll post a LOT of pictures.

I also need to plan all the things to get/do in the ( Read more... )

I like the pics! I'm in a DC mood as I need some atmosphere for my unposted latest story and...

Wow -really? My J/S opus is your reading matter? I'm very flattered and sorry it will burn up so much paper and ink to print.

Glad to hear you'll have a French friend over there. And I'm sure they'll have Nutella over in the US, we even have it here and there are always specialty import places. But the cheese, well, that could be a bit harder. At least in NZ you know you could always find some good stuff!

Oo, nice try! I've formed the first chapter but it still needs a lot of polishing and changes. I can't guarantee anything as time is not my own until my husband gets better (kidney stone) and my elder daughter goes back to school (early Feb).

I'm sorry about your friend not going with you. I've done a lot of travelling by myself and I remember liking it because I could what I liked, when I liked. But I do remember standing in front of a cathedral in France, wishing I could share my awe at its beauty. Ah well...

Hey. I had to try, can't blame me for that :P

Hope your husbadn will get better soon. Wish you the best!

As for travelling alone, I think I rather travel alone than not travelling at alone. So it's fine :)
