we stayed on bayerstraße

so... we left berlin yesterday on a 7+ hour train ride. we got to ride the intercity express... which is the really fast train. it wasn't so bad. it doesn't take any longer to get to destinations, though since it makes more stops. i don't see how that's express, but whatever. they're much more comfortable than the other trains ( Read more... )

so it's pretty nice here in amsterdam. weather is great, and the city is really pretty. we leave for germany tomorrow. we're going to rent bikes today. there are so many! there are more bikes than cars here, i would say. they have their own red lights even bike parking garages. i dont want to be a computer hog, so i must go ( Read more... )

I made it to Cape May fine. Everything went smoothly except I missed my first train from the Newark Airport since it was a little confusing. I probably could have made it if I didn't get mixed up (no thanks to an indian man). So that ultimately set me back an hour.
