Reese has the personality of a cardboard tube. He's lucky he's so damn hot and good at actiony stuff.
You expected Finch to be that way because it's Michael Emerson, who's usually not so...adorable.
Odd ep to start on, will confess. Last week's was great. Kinda funny.
I am equally amused and weirded-out by Reese going uber-stalker on Finch. In earlier episodes he has this thing about wanting to know more about him (since, thanks to the machine Finch knows all about Reese). But man, just how many photos did he fucking need!? Came off more like "OMG FINCH YOU'VE BEEN SEEING A YOUNGER MAN BEHIND MY BACK AND I HAVE PROOF!"
All in all, took me a while to fall in love with it, and I was watching it in order. So, maybe if you saw more and saw the character/relationship developments? Whatevs. Happy more ppls are watching. If you still end up not loving it, that's okay, too. I'll be in my corner making drawings of birds with glasses and vests...
Ah good. It was not just me thinking he was flat... although I don't think he was the hot one of the group. *hides*
Finch was adorable. I liked how he was all nervous with his nephew; that kid is going to get thrown in the deep end sooner rather than later.
It did seem a little overboard to have Finch tailed; the guy isn't moving that fast. And it seems like they trust each other, or at least enough that stalking seems over board. (They were flirting when Reese was having a conversation with the lawyer! Flirting while talking with a woman!)
I'm willing to give the show a try. It seems less... well maybe not less sketchy than I expected, but the show seems to acknowledge that this is morally ambiguous and isn't trying to make me think these guys are shining heroes, which I was worried about.
Don't hide! Do notice it's not Reese I have an icon of.
I was reading some press releases for upcoming eps, will def being seeing more Will. I am both excited and nervous, because Nolan's all "LOL we're gonna kill someone before the season's out." Finch can't lose both Ingrams! waah
Again, I think you'd understand the relationship more if seen the eps in order? Reese has stalked Finch before. And I guess the show has lulled us into a false sense of security with their trust issues. Which is sad since the previous episode they were so adorable and domestic-y.
