Went up to the Midlands this weekend. Enjoyed my mum's company and her conversation (sample: "do you remember when we came back from Wales in all that snow, the year before you were born?"). Made more Christmas puddings, and had first home-made mince pies of the season. Started Xmas shopping, too ( Read more... )
