^^ shunsui is way deeper than he seems so many (in my opinion). he's a perfectionist in many ways i'd say.

'He liked entertainment of this kind, sometimes acting that the world around them came in lovely shades of pink, as if holding his own coat against the light and watching through it.' Best line in the whole chapter - gorgeous. I love your characterisation of Shunsui - the bit with the tables was simply inspired, that would make such good omake.

I cannot help but think that Ukitake does well to worry. Written lovely as always.

XD isn't shunsui wonderful? i've come to like him a lot though at the start i just thought he was weird ^^ ohhhh an omake of that'd be so sweet.. i'd love to see it in visuals

ahh cool. yeah i guess it's more handy writing comments here than whole review on aff... i probably should write some notice there that i can be found in y!gallery and here on lj as well. otherwise thanks for the com.!! happy you like this fic (any my characterization of renji, though i think he's a bit easier to get right than bya, sometimes i'm still not sure if he acts the way he should :P

Hi hi yippee i was waiting for this chapter =) It seems like a lull from the main plot between our two star-crossed lovers, but still enjoyable, like a gentle breeze, hee =) i almost forgot about all the intense trouble they already went through... i love how you make Shunsui into a hopeless romantic, don juan kind of guy, like some love-god in a pink flowery coat, hee - especially the attention he pays to the rose, even the positioning =) And when you write about Renji and Rukia, it's so sad and regretful, just like in canon, where Renji couldn't show that he was sad when Rukia got taken from him to enter into the Kuchiki household, and when he wanted so bad to tell her that he made Fukutaichou, but he couldn't bring himself to, and then she left for Karakura... =( It's nice to see that mebbe he'll get happy here when he gathers the guts to confide in Rukia, hopefully she'll be able to help him get into her big bro's pants - oops did i just happen to let that slip...?? Hee =)

renji and rukia.. i think those two must have a very complicated relationship that somehow isn't really mentioned anymore in manga or anime at all.. i find it strange, but like to explore it myself very much. i also reaaaally hope she'll help with that pants part ;P muahahah XD
