I found a strange bracelet bangle at a shop in the Marketplace today.

Actually it doesn't really look that strange. It's just made of mythril, I think. And there's kind of a carving? on it, like a sunrise or the dawn or something. The person running the stall said that it was just something they'd found in the Scavenger's Yard.
