There's an apple tree growing where the bookstore was. A sapling.

Did someone plant it last night? They couldn't have, not with the Guard there. And there's no way it could have just grown that fast.

I don't think anyone should touch it.

disaster in the sphere, not a happy entry (again), on guard, fall is for apples, evil tree?

It would be wisest not to.

Yeah. It's not natural.

The mystery writer talked about apples, and then [Cuts off before she gets into dangerous territory.]

It might be a warning.

But we were looking for apples, I thought! Is this not a good thing?

Real apples are fine. But if that tree grows any, I wouldn't eat them.

The tree grows FAKE APPLES? That is NOT RIGHT.

[She stares at the page for a second... um... oh yeah, this is a new person.]

The tree we live in doesn't grow apples; it's an oak. The little tree where the bookstore used to be will grow apples if it stays there. But it's unnatural.

Why not?

There's no way a normal sapling could have grown that fast, and it's weird that it picked that exact spot.

But if someone checks it out isn't there a chance to learn something?
