Ooh, I've only recently discovered MacInnes, and haven't read this one. Sounds interesting. (I did wonder whether you have a typo at the start - did you mean it is a spy novel, or it isn't?)

It was an error: it isn't a spy novel. Thank you, I've fixed the post now.

I'm still coming across books of hers despite owning over a dozen.
