[Spy is walking along, smoking a cigarette and getting used to his new sense of balance now that he's missing an arm (oh, boxtops event <3). His daily roaming of the Mayfield neighborhoods has become a normal thing, and so it's of no surprise that he's here and therefore able to give Clopin the look that he's giving him now.]

I am sure zhere is a joke here about Mayfield causing its residents to climb zhe walls. Give me a moment. I will think of eet.
