OK so a quick update.
another hectic week passed, keeping track of my study and training schedule which is good.
so here's the training one:
Mon: rest
Tues: MMA
Wed: Gym-upperbody, maybe a lil swimming.
Thurs: Gym, cardio maybe?
Friday: Muaythai
Saturday: rest
Sunday: Gym, swimming
