I just wanted to do a picspam, and seeing that picspammy's previous challenge is still up, I thought I might as well post this up. And this has been pretty much all I've obsessing about during the last few months - the last race on November 1st. For some reason I didn't really catch on the 2008 season hype - I read the results, watched the highlights, but

Yay Brawn! Purely because I'm British and I love them for giving me a British winner that wasn't Hamilton.

Kimi eating the ice cream! The commentary was so funny when they saw him do that. They were just so amazed he was eating an ice cream while it was raining outside :D

Luca Badoer was just so amazingly failtastic :D. Massa and ALonso hanging out are so cute!

All I have to say to "Are you on pole" is LOL. Which funnily is all I had to say at the time too.

Lewis Hamilton is SO the worst Champion. He finished his race 5th and only won because of somebody else's mistake. Jenson earned all his points!

I glad there another British champion as well, and if it had to be anyone I'm even more happy its Jenson because he's been around a lot longer, and before Lewis he used to be THE British talent.

You have no idea how excited I got when I saw this on picspammy!

It's funny, I actually found 2008 to be the year that really cemented my love for F1. But this year has been my favourite, of all my years of watching. Probably because my favourite driver is Sebastian Vettel, but also because of the Brawn fairy tale and all the drama that's gone on.

This was a brilliant season review, which I needed because I'm missing F1 already. And I totally forgot about the "are you on pole?" thing!

Oh, and I agree about the Yas Marina Circuit. I didn't think it was the worst track on the calender this year, but you're right, Interlagos should always been the last race. And I hate that blue tarmac. It's extremely distracting.

I think 2008 was a major year in F1 history, but I just couldn't get into it, but Massa did impress me by out-driving Kimi. It's hard for me to choose my favourite year because theres always something great from each year, but I have to say 2005 is my most memorable.

Looking forward to 2010 and how the grid will look.

LOL, Alonso for Ferrari I think is more a 2010 thing. To see how he gets on, the Ferrari/McLaren battle, and if he'll win the WDC. I think Alonso will def. being something to Ferrari.
