Nightfall

"Look, Sirius," Remus says, barely above a whisper, a sheerly content look in those amber eyes.

Sirius looks upward, where the werewolf's outstretched arm and hand are guiding him. Remus' fingertip skims the edge of a star that is clustered with others, high in the sky.

Fancy, that Sirius actually knows what he's seeing. There's a small grin given before he places a kiss to Remus' cheek. It was sad, actually, what everything in that night sky represented.

The moon being the symbol of Remus' fear, the world's fear of the beast that lived in him. The never ending stretch of nothing showing the world that it would keep existing, beyond even simple lifetime.

The dog star, reminding him that he's only just that to his lovely family. A dog, a mutt, filth. It makes him smile, though, as Remus presses close, nuzzling his neck as if he knew what the elder Black was thinking.

The dog also reminded him of his freedom. Of Remus. Of his friends.

Of Happiness.

Don't ask about the word choice. At first it was going to be grail, but I tyoped it in dictionary.com just cause I like to dictionary any word prompts that I give and.... I typoed grail as grill and I thought that it would be more interesting. XD

and the second one. d for dance and my first request isn't on your list but I figured I would give it a shot: Cain/Glitch from Tin Man. but if you dont wanna, which is understandable, then Jayne/Mal will be just as acceptable.
